To use a OneNote planner that syncs across multiple devices, you need:💻 A Microsoft Account Your OneNote files will be saved and synced on OneDrive across all your devices. 📓 OneNote OneNote is a free program and app available for download on Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android from here. All OneNote planners need to be imported before you can use them. This is a one-time process that should be completed on a computer for best results. No, you don’t need a Microsoft 365 subscription or Microsoft Office to use a OneNote planner. Your OneNote files will be saved on your OneDrive account, which will be synced across all your devices with OneNote installed. Every free, personal Microsoft account comes with 5 GB of OneDrive storage. Please check your OneNote planner’s file size and ensure you have enough space on your OneDrive.

Yes you can! The easiest way to do this is through a .onepkg file, which will load the notebook to OneNote directly. This file is included in your purchase, but not all versions of OneNote can open this file. The following versions of OneNote CAN open a .onepkg file:Any version of OneNote that comes with Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office on a Windows computerOneNote that comes with Windows 11All MacOS users and users with OneNote for Windows 10 (free version that comes with Windows 10) CANNOT open a .onepkg file and must use the alternative methods below to import to your work or school Microsoft account. ⚠️ Please first double-check with your IT department to make sure your organization does not block third-party files before making your purchase💡 Alternative 1: Sharing the Notebook to Your Work AccountProceed with importing the OneNote notebook to a personal Microsoft account by following the PDF guide that came with your purchase.Share your planner to your business account. Open the planner you have purchased from your personal account and copy each section over to the new notebook you've created on your work/school account.For Windows and Mac users, you can do this by right-clicking on a section and clicking "Move or Copy". A pop-up window with a list of your notebooks will appear. Select the new notebook you've created and click on "Copy". A dated planner has all the days pre-numbered, much like a traditional paper planner. Everything is set up for you so that you can start using the planner right away. An undated planner does not have the days pre-numbered on the monthly and yearly calendar pages. Before you can start using the planner, you would need to manually fill in the days on the monthly and yearly calendar pages according to the current year.
